Q. Why are you having such an agressive sale, are you going out of business?

A. Absolutely not! Its the end of the year and in our inventory it is to bloated. Frankly, we just need to get rid of some of it.

If you know us, we always run 4-5 of these types of promotions a year.

Q. Why are you having this sale then?

A. I have way to much inventory.

I need to sell some of it!

My loss is your gain!

Q. Do you have everything?

A. The volume we generate on sales like this do tend to expose any inventory errrors we have.

Our site reflects our inventory to the best of our knowledge.

If do not have something, we will contact you immediately. You can substitute, ship as is or cancel your order.

Q. When will you ship and bill?

A. Almost immediately. Our goal is to have your order shipped withinn 24-48 hours of receiving it. Billing will follow. If you paid via paypal, payment is immediate (their policy, not ours)

Q. I don't see a particular plane on the site, it was just released, why?

A. As I mentioned earlier, our entire inventory is on the site. If you don't see it, we are sold out of the item.

Q. The discount is not calculating correctly, why?

A. We have about 1,400 items in our catalog. We have to identify an item as eligible in our system.

RATIONALIZATION OF BRANDS

The past few years has seen a proliferation in the number of diecast brands and the number of diecast releases. Some would call it the Golden Age of Diecast and it certainly is from the perspective of choice for the collector.

From the perspective of the retailer, however, it is a bit different. To carry any brand requires that you deploy capital against inventory. There is a cost to carrying inventory (idle capital, damage, et. al). To make a brand worthwhile requires a certain level of product throughput, product quality and the ability to earn a decent and fair margin.

For us, some brands are just are just not meeting these criteria. These brands are listed below and represent a very small minority of our sales. We feel that we can enhance our ability to deliver on our core brands, while minimizing the impact on the majority of our customer base.

With careful consideration, we will be eliminating the following brands effective immediately:
