New Account Features: ORDER HISTORY & TRACKING

The new "Order History" feature is now active. The tracking section will be active next week.

* Review all of your previous orders (since 9/08)
* See individual order details
* See tracking information for orders (this feature will be active beginning 2/09)


Step 1

Click on on the "Sign In" Text






Step 2

• enter on your Login ID
• enter your login Password
• click on Login

*Note* This is were you can also retrieve lost passwords.


Step 4

• click on "Order History and Tracking"

Step 5

• Review your order history and tracking info.

*Note* We lost the history on the chunk of about 100 orders that occurred in early October. We will not be able to retrieve or add these. If you feel there are a substantial amount of orders, please send us an e-mail.
